	公司擁有8000 m2的現(xiàn)代化廠房，配備數(shù)控火焰切割機(jī)多臺(tái)、美國(guó)海寶精細(xì)數(shù)控等離子切割機(jī)3臺(tái)、德國(guó)通快激光切割機(jī)、數(shù)控立式加工中心、數(shù)控折彎?rùn)C(jī)多臺(tái)、沖床、搖臂鉆床等先進(jìn)加工設(shè)備?？蓪?shí)現(xiàn)厚板和薄板加工所有預(yù)加工服務(wù)，是上海地區(qū)設(shè)備配備最齊全和最先進(jìn)的配套加工服務(wù)供應(yīng)商之一。 


	  


	常備常用鋼板1000噸，另外還配備一定數(shù)量的Q345D、45號(hào)等特殊鋼板，已滿足客戶小批量急用。切割質(zhì)量執(zhí)行  。每張鋼板都按照爐號(hào)、批號(hào)輸入系統(tǒng)管理，使每件零件的材料都具有可追溯性。另外，我們有專(zhuān)業(yè)的包裝,按照客戶的要求做送貨清單,每個(gè)零件標(biāo)注零件號(hào)和相關(guān)信息。

	In order to meet the needs of customers and take advantage of our steel materials trade, Canhu established its own processing workshop in 2007 to provide one-stop service from steel materials sales to pre-fabrication for our customers. 


	  


	We do more than just cutting, after cutting, we also do machining, welding preparation, bending, drilling, even welding and so on, make the parts ready for assembly for customers. 


	  


	Workshop covers an area of 8000 m2, equipped quite number of advanced equipment, such as CNC flame cutting, Plazma cutting, Laser cutting machine, Machining tools, Bending machine, Punching machine, Drilling machine, etc, having strong cutting and pre-fabrication capacity. Canhu now is one of most professional steel plate cutting and pre-fabrication service center in Shanghai area.  


	  


	Normally,1000 tons common steel plates have been kept in workshop, besides, relatively small quantity of some special steel plates have also been stored in workshop for our customer’s urgent and small quantity need,such as Q345D and 45#. All the steel plates are managed by software system in registering heat number, batch number etc., make parts traceability.  


	  


	We also pack and mark the parts according to our customer’s requirement.
